Job Title: Development Manager

Job Classification: Regular, Part-time (20 hours per week), Exempt

Overview: Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy to expand philanthropic support for the organization. Manages all components of fundraising plans including annual giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation grants, individual and corporate gifts and special fundraising events.

Primary responsibilities include major donor support, new donor acquisitions, grant initiatives (budgeting and grant-writing) and participation as an active member of the agency's leadership team.

Annual Hiring Salary Range: Based on credentials and experience

$15,689 - $17,843 ($15.08 - $17.16 per hour)
